Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to replace it. To initiate a return for a replacement, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order at EvrHaus@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
2. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged product.
3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
