Welcome to EvrHaus! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from EvrHaus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

EvrHaus specializes in selling t-shirts, hats, and tote bags. All products are made to order, and designs may vary slightly from images displayed on our website.

2. Ordering & Payments

  • All orders are processed securely through our website.
  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other listed payment methods.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within [7-10] business days and shipped via standard or expedited shipping.
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

4. Returns & Replacements

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of receiving it at EvrHaus@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
  • Approved returns must be sent back before a replacement is issued.
  • We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content on EvrHaus are owned by us and cannot be used, copied, or resold without permission.
  • Unauthorized use of our products or images for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • EvrHaus is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by our products.
  • We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from misuse of our products.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
