Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order and require 7-10 business days for processing before shipping.
  • Processing time includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.

2. Shipping Time & Rates

  • Once processing is complete, orders will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
  • Shipping times vary based on location depending on what you choose:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated business days
    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated  business days
  • We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
  • EvrHaus is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipping.

5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer must cover additional shipping costs for reshipment.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received
