Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
- All orders are made to order and require 7-10 business days for processing before shipping.
- Processing time includes order verification, production, quality checks, and packaging.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing time.
2. Shipping Time & Rates
- Once processing is complete, orders will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.
- Shipping times vary based on location depending on what you choose:

- We do not guarantee specific delivery dates, as shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipping.
5. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer must cover additional shipping costs for reshipment.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
- If your package is marked as “Delivered” but not received
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
